Our Mission
To foster intercultural exchange, empower youth, and promote social inclusion through the art of Argentine tango.
Our Vision
A world where young people from diverse backgrounds can connect, express themselves, and grow through shared creative experiences.
Our Values
Diversity – Celebrating and respecting differences.
Equality – Promoting gender equality and shared leadership.
Empowerment – Enabling young people and especially women to build confidence, skills, and community connections.
Our Objectives
1. Foster inclusivity: Encourage participation from diverse and vulnerable groups, ensuring access to tango’s transformative power for all. This includes breaking traditional gender norms by enabling participants to learn both leading and following roles in the dance.
2. Empower women and promote gender equality: Create a space where young women can lead, take initiative, and build self-confidence. Men also experience new perspectives by switching roles, fostering empathy and understanding.
3. Build mentorship and peer-to-peer learning: Engage young experienced dancers as mentors, fostering skills in leadership, coaching, and community development. This collaboration extends internationally, strengthening connections between Skopje and Podgorica.
4. Promote cross-cultural exchange and artistic expression: Through public presentations, workshops, and a final performance, participants from both countries come together to address themes of diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion.
