Meet our young mentors:
Ana has been connected to dance from an early age, starting with classical ballet. As a teenager, she expanded her repertoire to include modern and jazz ballet. In 2018, as one of the most talented dancers in her community, she joined advanced groups in tango and salsa, where she quickly fit in. Since then, she has become one of the most regular attendees at dance events in Podgorica.
Anja began her dance journey a few years ago with salsa. Encouraged by her friends who transitioned to tango, she followed suit, never imagining that one day she might become a tango teacher. Some predict that by 2025, she will fulfill this role.
An architect seeking a break from desk work, Emir discovered tango as the perfect way to stay active. What began as a simple activity soon blossomed into a passion, evolving into much more than just a hobby.
One of the most creative tango dancers in Montenegro, Marko has also taught salsa and tango for several years. Known for his excellent sense of humor, he lights up the dance floor with his effortless and natural style.
A future IT specialist who bravely stepped out of his comfort zone to explore the world of dance. For several years now, he has been mastering both Cuban salsa and Argentine tango.
Milica’s dance journey began in 2013 with salsa, where the rhythm and energy captivated her. In 2017, she took up tango, appreciating its elegance and precision. For her, both dances offer endless opportunities for learning and growth
Known for his radiant smile, Nikola is one of the most talented dancers in Montenegro. Since beginning his dance journey in 2015, he has become one of the most beloved leaders in the Montenegrin tango community.
A passionate tango enthusiast and professional tour guide, Petar started dancing tango three years ago. He is one of the most active members of the community, rarely missing a practice or milonga. Petar aspires to share his knowledge and passion for tango to help the community grow and thrive.
Known as one of the most huggable people in the Montenegrin dance community, Tatijana has been bringing positive energy to dance events since 2017. Her passion for dancing was so strong that she even danced in high heels during her ninth month of pregnancy. She is also the proud mother of an adorable little girl.
